Gaurav Khungar is a Managing Director of o3 Capital. He has over 18 years of investment banking experience and has advised on more than 60 transactions across sectors such as auto, consumer, industrials and telecom. Gaurav focuses on the firm’s investment banking activities in the Consumer Markets, Life Sciences and Industrial sector. Prior to joining o3, Gaurav was Managing Director & Head of Corporate Finance at Religare Capital Markets, and before that, he was a partner at KPMG Corporate Finance, where he was heading the Delhi office as well as the Practice Head for Industrials. He has also had stints with Rabo Bank and Lazard in his early career. Gaurav is a graduate from University of Delhi and holds an M.B.A. from University of North Carolina.
